Jeff Kassel – Canadian actor, writer, and producer, born 10 March (year not firmly established) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Best known for playing Ron Mitchell in the FX/Showcase sitcom Testees (2008, 13 episodes), which was nominated for several Gemini Awards and aired in over 100 countries. His most notable film roles include Donnie Silverman in Molly's Game (2017), a Software Company Manager in Traitor (2008), a Post Agent in The Sentinel (2006), and Teddy in Talk to Me (2007). On television he has appeared as a series regular on CBC's The X (two seasons), and in Star Trek: Discovery (2022), The Strain (2016), Designated Survivor (2018), Beauty and the Beast (2015), Workin' Moms (2017), Private Eyes (2016), Lost Girl (2010), Haven (2012), Saving Hope (2012), The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe (2015), Against the Wall (2011), Skins (North American, 2011), and You Got Trumped: The First 100 Days (2016). He also provided voice work for Razzberry Jazzberry Jam (2008) and was a co-producer of the Gemini Award-winning documentary Camp Hollywood. His screenwriting has won Telefest Awards and the Silver Hugo at the Chicago International Film Festival.
